Responsive personnel is who did' turn down' service. Also, the location is excellent and absolutely perfect, minutes from Queen Street Mall. And it's nestled in an extremely clean building just off Brisbane has to offer and all transport and local restaurants and the city centre / train station.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, great pool with plenty of seating, central location to cafes, shops. Upgraded to club suite with a chatty staff who remembered me. Superb room and excellent dinners at the Thyme Restaurant. Special staff lift provided due to escalator renovations.

My room was good-sized and well-appointed overlooking the city. The location was central, close to trains and city shopping.
Facilities were overall nice, but Wi-Fi was quite slow.
